Started in 2018, the building will be delivered to the client in record time, with the first 7,000 meters handed over by the end of March 2018. The final delivery of the new structure is planned for August 2018, only eight months after groundbreaking.
The building is characterized by 28-meter-long internal spans and was designed for low-energy consumption, even with air conditioning in all spaces. The logistics center will also be equipped with Prologis EEGLE technology, a tool that can be used remotely to manage and monitor energy use and maintenance in real time.
The building’s envelope and its 2,100 square meters of office space were fully customized to reflect the customer’s brand values.
