Prologis has recently completed a substantial upgrade to its DC3 industrial warehouse in Fiano Romano. The facility is just 28 kilometers from the center of Rome, off the A1 highway that runs down to Rome’s orbital highway (Grande Raccordo Anuare). The upgrade included a complete renovation of the external facades to give the building a contemporary look more in line with recent Prologis buildings.
The warehouse is currently leased to TNT, a FedEx group express shipping company. It is part of the portfolio managed by Prologis property manager Fabio Cotroneo, who oversaw the upgrade. The building was built in 2004-2005 and was acquired by Prologis in 2016.
