Prologis’ team in Italy continues to grow with the arrival of Rossana Pinato, 39, as Property and Project Manager. With a degree in construction engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan, Rossana will report to Claudia Montanari, who is responsible for the Prologis Property Management Team. In Italy it manages more than 50 properties covering a total of 1 million square metres.
Rossana has been working in the real estate sector for more than 12 years. She began her career as a freelancer at an associated technical studio where she worked on structural modelling and calculation, the supervision of construction projects and structural works and due diligence in building complexes. She then expanded her field of expertise by working in both design activities, project management and the economic aspects related to real estate development.
Rossana will have a hybrid role at Prologis. As a member of the Property Management Team she will be responsible for structural and building work on owned properties. However, she will also take on the role of Project Manager in the Project Management Team, looking after new Prologis developments in Italy. Because of her expertise Rossana will also be responsible for the implementation of Prologis’ Solar Smart environmental sustainability project which includes installing photovoltaic panels on existing buildings.
