Prologis, the global leader in logistics real estate, announced today Claudia Montanari has joined the Prologis Italia property management team. Claudia is a graduate in building-architecture engineering from the Milan Polytechnic and holds a master's degree in "Project Manager in major international construction sites”.
Claudia began her career at Moretti General Contractor srl, as Assistant Project Manager, working on the construction of sports facilities and buildings for residential and tertiary use. Before joining Prologis, she worked at GSE Group - GSE Italia S.R.L., supporting the Senior Project Manager in the development of logistic buildings.
At Prologis she is responsible for managing a portfolio of 19 properties in the greater Milan area (from Romentino to Bergamo and from Pozzuolo Martesana to Piacenza). She is responsible for the Prologis LightSmart project for Italy, an LED lighting upgrade programme and is also Project Manager for a builtto- suit property in Stezzano (BG), expected to be delivered for use in March 2019.
