In collaboration with Kingsley Associates, Prologis conducted research that reveals team Italy’s property management service in 2017 obtained the best results in Europe with 88 percent of customers expressing entire satisfaction.
The results demonstrate the know-how and experience of the Prologis Italy team, which has shown real commitment in its pursuit of the company’s customer service philosophy.
According to Ivan Poletti, manager of the property management team at Prologis Italy, the determining factors in terms of client satisfaction were maintaining steady contact with the client, timely responses to requests and the reliable high-quality service provided by Prologis’ partners in Italy.
