Prologis, Inc., leader mondiale nel settore immobiliare logistico, ha annunciato oggi l’ingresso nella squadra italiana di Sabine Hutter nel ruolo di vice presidente Capital Deployment. Sabine Hutter, che risponderà direttamente a Sandro Innocenti, senior vice president e country manager di Prologis Italia, avrà il compito di individuare e perseguire nuove opportunità di investimento, sviluppo ed acquisizioni.
“Sabine rafforza il nostro team in Italia in un momento di forte crescita delle nostre attività e sono certo che beneficeremo della sua esperienza maturata in oltre 25 anni di attività”, ha commentato Sandro Innocenti, senior vice president e country manager Prologis Italia. “Con il suo contributo saremo in grado di accelerare i nostri piani di sviluppo e investimento in Italia”.
Sabine ha iniziato la sua carriera all’estero lavorando prima a Istanbul e successivamente a Dubai. Dopo diverse esperienze in altri settori, entra nel mondo della logistica nel 2005 come Responsabile Marketing occupandosi di comunicazione, marketing e identificazione di nuove opportunità per FBH Group.
Nel 2008 entra in Vailog dove nel corso di una decennale carriera ricopre diversi incarichi: dal property development, all’asset management, dal project management al property management. Nel corso degli ultimi anni ha focalizzato la propria attenzione sulla gestione clienti e sull’integrazione di diverse unità interne in un’ottica di customer service. Prima di fare il proprio ingresso in Prologis ha ricoperto il ruolo di Direttore generale presso NEPHOS Srl PropTech, società specializzata nei servizi di property management per l’immobiliare industriale.
Di origine austriaca, Sabine Hutter è laureata in Economics and Business Administration presso l’Università Cattolica di Milano.
