We have recently started development of a state of the art 27,000 square meter build-to-suit facility at Brembate for Pe.Tra, an Italian logistics operator. Brembate is a new location for Prologis in the proximity of the Milan-Venice A4 highway.
This cross dock facility will be completed in the third quarter of 2020 and will feature
- a low-consumption lighting system (LED),
- a smart mobile energy and maintenance control,
- a LEED Gold certification.
We work closely with all of our customers to design and develop the logistics space that solves their operational pain points. This project for new customer Pe. Tra provides easy access to the Greater Milan area and adds to our significant presence there already.
