Urban logistics represents the latest challenged for logistics companies and we are getting ready for it. We recently acquired from Cooperativa Trasporto Latte an 11,500 square meter building located in Cadriano and strategically positioned next to the Granarolo Milk Factory between Bologna Tangenziale and the urban section of the A14 autoroute.
The building was constructed with modern criteria in two phases between 2005 and 2014. It currently stocks Granarolo’s milk products and features:
- photovoltaic panels
- controlled temperature and standard temperature areas
The building’s characteristics ensure great operational flexibility and meets the needs of a diverse base of clients including the food industry. It also guarantees quick and direct access to Bologna’s metropolitan area.
