With a view to increasing customer proximity and improving administration, Prologis Italia is reorganizing its customer service department by promoting Maria Paties to Property Data and Billing manager.
Paties has spent nine years at the Milan offices of Prologis where she has held various positions. She will now manage the administrative management of all contracts and invoicing in Italy, a function that was previously performed from abroad.
Through Paties’ experience with Prologis Italia and the transfer of this important function directly to the Milan office, we aim to further strengthen our relations with customers and suppliers, providing them with a single point of contact in Italy for all administrative issues. This means we will be able to offer a much more accessible, fast and efficient service and thus avoid the errors and delays that often occur when the service is provided in a different language.
Paties has spent the last five years of her time with Prologis Italia in Property Management where she took care of administration, customer services for Italian customers and coordination with Prologis’s Amsterdam and Paris offices.
