Prologis, a global leader in logistics real estate, has announced the opening of a new office in Rome, located at Prologis Park La Rustica. The new office is part of the company’s strategy of focusing on the Rome market and being closer to its tenants and buildings. After having recently expanded its availability in Italy with the acquisition of the CrossBay portfolio of 32 new buildings, notably around Rome and Milan, the new office will give Prologis a base closer to its parks, from which it will be able to provide tenants with an even better service. The company will now have a headquarters in Rome, Bologna and Milan.
