A "significant contribution to the modernization of Italian logistics real estate" has earned Sandro Innocenti, Senior Vice President and Prologis Country Manager Italy, the Assologistica "Logistics of the Year 2018" award. The award acknowledges the contribution made by companies, managers, entrepreneurs and professionals to the development of real estate logistics in Italy. Now in its 14th edition, the award is organized by the training division of Assologistica Cultura e Formazione and by the trade magazine Euromerci.
Sandro has shared the prestigious award with all the team at Prologis Italia who, together, are responsible for the company’s current strong development. Business in Italy is thriving, both in terms of leasing and the development of new class A, Build-to-Suit logistics platforms for an ever‑increasing number of major customers.
