The Prologis Italia Property Management team is strengthened with the entry of Claudia Montanari, 35, a graduate in civil engineering at the Milan Polytechnic with a Master's Degree in "Project Manager in major international construction sites" at the Politecnico di Milano.
Claudia began her career at Moretti General Contractor srl as Assistant Project Manager collaborating in the construction of sports facilities, buildings for residential and tertiary use. Before joining Prologis she worked at GSE Group - GSE Italia S.R.L. supporting the Senior Project Manager in the development of logistic buildings.
At Prologis Claudia is responsible for the management of the portfolio of 19 properties in the Milan greater area (from Romentino to Bergamo and from Pozzuolo Martesana to Piacenza). She is also responsible for the Prologis LightSmart project for Italy, which focuses on improving the efficiency of lighting systems using LED technology and is the Project Manager for the built-to-suit property in Stezzano (BG), expected to be delivered to the final user in March.
