We are delighted to announce a further addition to our Italy team with the arrival of Marco Minardi as Operations Construction Manager. Marco, 36, has a degree in Civil Engineering from Università di Tor Vergata in Rome, where he worked as a geotechnical engineer. He is joining the Prologis Real Estate Team at our new headquarters in Rome. He will report to Davide Rosina on the Tiburtina DC8 development and work alongside Fabio Cotroneo on facilities management.
Marco comes to Prologis after working at Sergio Silvestrini's S.I.D.I. S.r.l., where he was head engineer in charge of facilities management and authorisation issues and worked on building sales, and at the Arch.Paradiso practice where he specialised in logistics buildings.
The arrival of Marco expands our Real Estate Team in central Italy, and increases our total headcount at Prologis Italy to 19 employees.
